NDE SERVICES

 

Provide the following NDE Level III services:

 

·        Development and administration of Employer’s NDE qualification program.

·        Classroom training in most recognized NDE methods.

·        Customized “self paced” training available.

·        Develop and administer NDE Level I and II certification examinations.

·        Develop procedures to perform NDE activities.

·        Surveil Employer’s NDE activities to verify program compliance.

·        Perform - Visual Testing (VT); Leak Testing (LT) - Helium Mass Spectrometer, Pressure Change, Bubble, Halogen Tracer Gas, and Ultrasonic Leak/Friction Testing; Computed and Conventional Radiographic Testing (RT) - X-Ray Film Interpretation; Ultrasonic Testing (UT) - Marine Silver Braze, Weld Straight and Angle Beam, Phased Array and Thickness Testing; Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Leak/Friction Testing, Vibration Analysis, Infrared Imaging/Thermography and Acoustic Emission Testing.

 

NDE Training - Level I, II and III Initial and Refresher NDE Training in any of the following methods:

 

·        Radiation Safety

·        Radiographic Testing

·        Film interpretation

·        Ultrasonic Testing

·        Liquid Penetrant Testing

·        Magnetic Particle Testing

·        Leak Testing

·        Ultrasonic Leak and Friction Testing

·        Vibration Analysis Testing

·        Infrared Imaging/Thermography Testing

·        Acoustic Emission Testing

·        Visual Testing
